It is important to inspect the package after receiving and report to us if any physical damage or manufacturing defects have found. Guideline for Exchange- 1. Visual proof materials (in JPG / PNG format) will be required for visual inspection before the exchange process can begin. This information will help us identify any production mishandling that may have occurred.
- 2. After completing the visual inspection, we may ask buyers to return the original item to the fulfillment center.
- 3. We will issue a new replacement and deliver it to the original shipping address. Please allow a few days for the replacement to arrive.
